Join us every third Wednesday from 2 – 3:00 p.m. for a welcoming gathering offering support, education, and connection for those with loved ones living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia, or changes in memory, behavior, or thinking.

Meet the Facilitator: Tiffany Clements, C.D.S.

Tiffany Clements is a CARES Dementia Specialist, one of only 34 in Texas, with a B.A. in Psychology and leadership experience in memory care and dementia support.
